Hi, I’m Shane Dolman-Smith, a filmmaker with a passion for sound recording and post-production audio. Currently, in my final year of the Film and TV Production Program at Humber Polytechnic, I specialize in capturing and designing audio that brings stories to life.

 

My experience spans documentaries and student productions, where I’ve refined both my technical expertise and creative instincts.

 

I’ve also taken on the casting director and Sustainability Coordinator roles. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on collaboration and responsibility in the film industry. Whether it’s fostering clear communication among teams or integrating eco-conscious practices to reduce the environmental footprint of productions.

When I am not leveling sound, during my free time I enjoy working out, playing sports and spending time with family.​
